Job Summary
Field Executive supporting sales, marketing, and education efforts for Estée Lauder Companies at retail counters. Responsibilities include reviewing sales targets and performance by door, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with standards, coordinating promotions and in-store programs, coaching Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals, collaborating with ASOM and Marketing on newness and promotions, ensuring go-to-market materials are available in-store, and leading in-store coaching and training to drive sales productivity. Travel is required; spend 70% of time in-store coaching BAs, with focus on brand storytelling, customer service, product knowledge, and brand-specific training across travel-retail doors.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proven sales track record
- Willingness to travel
- Good organization and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype
- In-person presentation and coaching skills
