Job Summary
Field Executive for MAC in New York leading sales-related and marketing support for beauty counters, supervising Beauty Advisors, coordinating and coaching in-store promotions and programs, analyzing performance against goals, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising standards, and driving education/training for BAs. Role emphasizes in-store presence (70% time on-site), travel, coaching on brand stories and product knowledge, and collaboration with ASOM and Marketing teams to execute launches and promotions. Requires BA degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong grooming and presentation skills, proficiency with MS Office and virtual tools, ability to travel, and proven sales performance.
