Job Summary
Field Executive for MAC at Estée Lauder Companies in Houston, TX. Requires a BA degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) and MS Office/Excel, and willingness to travel. 70% in-store time with travel, coaching BAs, and maintaining brand equity and customer experience through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Well groomed
- Good organization and communication skills
- Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
- Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable/ Enthusiastic learning new technology platforms
- Willingness to travel
- Proven sales track record
- Travel eligibility and ability to work in a travel-retail environment
