Job Summary
Field Executive supporting Estee Lauder brands in Seattle, focusing on sales-related responsibilities and leadership of Beauty Advisors. Spend minimum 70% of time in-store coaching BAs, reviewing retail sales targets, analyzing performance and trends, generating sales reports, and ensuring brand image and visual standards at counters. Coordinate and execute in-store promotions and programs, ensure availability of go-to-market materials, and provide direction to BAs to achieve sales goals. Train and coach BAs on brand stories, selling skills, and product knowledge; collaborate with ASOM and Marketing on newness and promotions; monitor product trends and identify sales opportunities; conduct in-store trainings and onboarding for staff, and support education initiatives. Requires travel and proficiency with virtual tools, MS Office, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
- Well groomed
- Good organization and communication skills
- Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
- Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Willingness to travel
- Proven sales track record
