Job Summary
Field Executive at Estée Lauder in Richmond overseeing sales-related responsibilities and team support at retail counters, coaching Beauty Advisors (BAs), coordinating in-store promotions, ensuring brand image and standards, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include reviewing targets, analyzing performance, generating sales reports, directing BAs, coordinating go-to-market materials, training and coaching on brand stories and selling skills, in-store training of smaller doors, and spending the majority of time in-store while traveling as needed. Must possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with virtual tools (Zoom/Skype) and MS Office, a demonstrated sales track record, willingness to travel, and the ability to train and motivate BAs to achieve sales objectives.

- Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
- Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable/ Enthusiastic learning new technology platforms
- Willingness to travel
- Proven sales track record
