Field Executive - Estee Lauder - Minneapolis

Field Executive role with Estée Lauder Companies in Minneapolis focusing on Field/Sales support and Education. Responsibilities include reviewing retail sales targets and performance by door, analyzing sales trends against objectives, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards at retail counters, coordinating and executing promotions and in-store programs, ensuring BAs (Beauty Advisors) are informed of marketing calendars and promotions, coaching BAs to achieve sales goals, collaborating with ASOM and Marketing on newness/promotions and in-store programs, monitoring product trends, ensuring go-to-market materials are available in store, and providing promotions and competitive intelligence reports. Also responsible for recruiting/onboarding and managing BA headcount and productivity, coaching on brand stories and selling skills, and spending at least 70% of time in-store with travel. Minimum education is a BA with at least 3 years of relevant experience; strong presentation, organization, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office/Excel; ability to travel; and a proven sales track record. Salary range provided: $71,040 to $106,560 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits; travel required. Location: Minneapolis, MN with in-store/field responsibilities and travel within travel-retail context.
