Job Summary
Field Executive responsible for leading sales-related activities at Estee Lauder counters, including sales support, marketing coordination, and supervision of Beauty Advisors. Key duties include reviewing and analyzing retail performance against targets, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with standards, coordinating in-store promotions and programs, coaching BAs to achieve sales goals, and training initiatives across education and coaching materials. The role requires travel, in-store coaching, training delivery via virtual tools, and collaboration with ASOM, Marketing, and Store Design teams to support launches and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Well groomed
- Good organization and communication skills
- Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
- Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Willingness to travel
- Proven sales track record
