Job Summary
Field Executive responsible for sales and education support at Estee Lauder counters in Charlotte. Responsibilities include reviewing retail sales targets and performance, analyzing trends, generating sales and promotions reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with standards, and coordinating in-store promotions. Manages Beauty Advisors by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching on brand stories, selling skills, and customer service. Coordinates newness, promotions, and in-store programs with ASOM and Marketing; ensures go-to-market materials are available in-store and provides post-campaign competitive intelligence. Requires spending at least 70% of time in-store and travel to support counters; conducts in-store and virtual training for BAs, using e-learning tools and in-person sessions to improve selling productivity. Must maintain grooming standards, be proficient with MS Office, comfortable with virtual tools, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel and track record of sales performance are essential.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
