Job Summary
Field Executive responsible for leading Beauty Advisors (BA) at Estee Lauder counters in Baltimore, overseeing sales-support and marketing functions. Duties include reviewing retail sales targets and performance, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising alignment, coordinating in-store promotions, training and coaching BAs on brand stories, selling skills, and product knowledge, and traveling to in-store locations to develop staff and drive sales. Requires a BA degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience (travel retail preferred), strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with Zoom/Skype and MS Office, ability to train and coach staff, and willingness to travel; spends the majority of time in-store. Pay range noted between $71,040 and $106,560 based on qualifications and budget, with eligible benefits and incentive plans available. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
- Well groomed
- Good organization and communication skills
- Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
- Display empathy, agility with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable/ Enthusiastic learning new technology platforms
- Willingness to travel
- Proven sales track record
