Job Summary
Field Execution Representative for Celsius Holdings in Pontiac, MI. Responsible for merchandising Celsius products across distribution channels, calling on target accounts, placing displays/end caps, stocking shelves, coordinating demos, and taking photos with weekly reporting. Develops store-level promotions, tracks account calls (15–20 per day), and communicates opportunities to the territory manager. Role is field-based with presence in the assigned market; requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and personal vehicle. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday with 40-hour weeks; pay rate is $25/hour plus overtime as needed; includes benefits and company-wide EEO commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday – Sunday)
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter and team player.
- Excellent driving record and insurance/license required.
- Personal vehicle to use, an allowance will be provided.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced industry
