Field & Events Marketer

Job Summary
Own end-to-end Field & Events Marketing across North America: source and prioritize events, negotiate sponsorships and booth space, plan logistics (booth design, shipping, AV, catering, travel), be on-site for events, brief teams, drive pipeline with sales (pre-show meetings, dinners, on-site meetings), run pre- and post-event campaigns (email, landing pages, paid and social), manage the event budget, set KPIs and build post-event ROI reports. Must be able to travel 30-50% during peak seasons and work in a fully remote role based in the US or Canada. Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and HubSpot is a plus; strong project management and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination
- Track record of organizing events end to end
- Experience managing an events budget
- Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue
- Willing and able to travel 30 to 50% during peak event seasons across North America, with potential European travel as we expand
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent)
