Field & Events Marketer

Job Summary
Own field and events presence across North America by sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, planning, and executing trade shows, conferences, and industry events end-to-end; manage booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, travel logistics, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up; collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to convert booth activity into meetings, opportunities, and closed revenue; define KPIs, manage budgets, run pre- and post-event campaigns, and drive pipeline through event-driven activities; travel 30-50% during peak seasons and work remotely within the US or Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination
- Experience organizing events end to end
- Experience managing an events budget
- Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue
- Willing and able to travel 30 to 50% during peak event seasons across North America, with potential European travel as we expand
- Familiarity with HubSpot is sufficient on the CRM side; we'll take care of the rest
- Excellent communicator, written and in person
- Strong project management instincts
- Calm under pressure and problem-solving at events
- Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter in events marketing
