Job Summary
Conduct on-site inspections, gather measurements, and assess project scope for roofing and exterior work. Prepare detailed estimates, document site conditions, and ensure accurate data entry into CRM and estimating systems. Communicate directly with clients to explain scope, pricing, and next steps while coordinating internal handoffs from sales to production. Manage appointments and documentation independently while following established processes. Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license and 1-2 years of construction or roofing experience. Join a team serving Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Saskatchewan since 1997.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Demonstrated ability to conduct site inspections and prepare basic cost estimates
- Working knowledge of roofing and exterior systems, materials, and installation practices
- Basic understanding of estimating principles, including material takeoffs and labour costing
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Proficiency in CRM systems, estimating software, and mobile inspection tools
- Strong communication skills to explain scope, estimates, and next steps to clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and documentation
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in construction, roofing, exterior sales, or a related field
