Job Summary
Lead and manage deployed Field Service Representatives in an OCONUS environment, overseeing daily operations, ensuring program compliance, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal management and government customers. Supervise team workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver daily equipment and personnel status reports while handling work orders and inventory management. Assist with employee logistics for operations theaters and participate in test events and refresher training during CONUS rotations. This role involves a 6-month CONUS / 6-month OCONUS schedule with potential travel to harsh living conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Secret - Current Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience
- Advance Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience
- Proven experience in managing teams in a field engineering or technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and potentially high-stress environment
- Familiarity with government programs, compliance requirements, and OCONUS operations
- Experience coordinating logistics and travel in OCONUS environments
- Knowledge of government reporting and compliance processes
- Must be willing and able to travel to environments that may include harsh living conditions (extreme heat and cold, living conditions, etc.) and/or hostile work environment with little notification
- Must be willing and able to participate in offsite locations
- Must be willing and able to participate in test events, refresher training
- Must be willing and able to hold employees accountable for proper care of government and program property
- Must be willing and able to assist with efficient employee entry and exit logistics for the operations theater
- Must be willing and able to provide input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports
- Must be willing and able to act as the on-site representative to the customer
- Must be willing and able to deliver daily equipment and personnel status reports to internal management and government customers
- Must be willing and able to represent the team in meetings when required
