Job Summary
Field Engineering Manager responsible for Independent Engineering advisory services in the DOE EDF program, delivering field engineering, technical due diligence, risk assessment, and lender-ready outputs. Coordinates RFIs, design changes, and construction quality; supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness; collaborates with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, and project controls stakeholders to enable DOE decision-making. Role involves remote project support across the United States with on-site meetings as needed, located in CONUS (Washington, DC) and nationwide, requiring 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with professional credentials preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or related technical field
- 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience
- PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or discipline-specific credentials preferred where applicable
