Field Engineering Design Supervisor (Hybrid Schedule)

Lead, direct and supervise field engineering designers in assigning work, prioritizing assignments, and producing detailed construction designs for large distribution projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams, review work for internal/external customer requests, and ensure safe, compliant, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Develop cost-effective preliminary and detailed engineering designs, prepare work orders and estimates, and coach/mentor staff to meet department goals. Strong communication, customer focus, and leadership required. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology; 5+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities; valid driver’s license. Hybrid schedule based in Norwalk, CT with in-office and remote-work balance as defined by policy.
