Job Summary
Field Engineer for the Water/Wastewater Division based in Sanford, NC. Responsible for supporting the Project Superintendent and Craft Foreman with field tasks, assisting Foreman with structure layout, field purchase orders, planning construction engineering duties, maintaining and updating project logs and schedules, identifying needs for RFIs, preparing/reviewing and processing shop drawings, maintaining as-built drawings, collecting and assembling O&M material, performing subcontract scope analysis, assisting with purchasing and expediting, distributing documents, and supporting meeting minutes and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant degree
- Surveying/layout
- Technical writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
