Job Summary
Field Engineer role in the USA (remote) with 70-80% travel. Lead warranty claims for tire portfolio (Commercial, TBR, Agricultural, OTR), investigate tire issues with fleets/dealers/wholesalers, provide product testing support, educate customers on tire use and performance, oversee warranty management and testing programs, analyze technical data, coordinate corrective actions with R&D and manufacturing, and manage product training for new hires and customers. Maintain accurate technical content in product literature and contribute to KPI-driven improvements in claim resolution, product performance, and training completion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years warranty/claims experience
- Strong technical knowledge of tire manufacturing processes and tire design
- Experience with claims/product anomaly classification and root cause analysis
- Experience with product testing methodologies and cost per mile/total cost of ownership calculations
- BA is highly preferred
