Field Engineer Technician

Provide full-range field engineering support for large, complex clients by taking complete ownership of onsite service activities. Perform advanced-level maintenance and low-complexity installations while using technical tools to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs. Deliver technical feedback on equipment and systems to improve service delivery, identify and resolve systemic team issues, and contribute to client services metrics reporting. Proactively support colleagues with expertise and inform management of process improvements. This role involves access to export-controlled commodities and requires eligibility for U.S. Government authorizations.
