Job Summary
Install, repair, and provide technical maintenance for PC products and component hardware and software at customer locations. Perform advanced-level maintenance on all products, including lower-complexity installation activities, while ensuring systems operate as designed. Collaborate with technical teams, schedule services, and complete administrative activities to support large and complex clients. Resolve customer issues using advanced tools, identify and resolve systemic issues within the team, and provide technical feedback to improve service delivery. Contribute to improved client-services metrics, reporting, and documentation by monitoring technical and process issues and recommending service improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years' experience in area of responsibility
- Great Customer Service Skills
- May require technical certification or Associate Degree
