Job Summary
Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to learn building fundamentals, codes, and labor/material reporting while ensuring quality work is performed cost-effectively. Manage project budgeting, bidding, procurement logs, RFIs, and certifications of occupancies, ensuring equipment and materials arrive on schedule. Provide input for Pre and 1st Installation Verification meetings with trade partners, complete submittals, and conduct safety walks to enforce Graham's safety policies. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook to maintain relationships with owners, architects, and industry representatives. This in-field Eastern Iowa role requires working nights and weekends, holding a valid driver's license, and passing post-offer employment testing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
- Ability to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to work within one of Graham Construction, a 3G Company's operational areas as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in construction management/related degree
- Associate degree in construction management or equivalent field experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
