Job Summary
Provide on-site support to dealer technicians to ensure the solution of product technical issues and assist with hands-on root cause analysis for OEM Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Operations. Document findings from each mission, corrective actions taken, and any shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM enterprise. Analyze data to create custom reports and communicate technical information to all levels within both the client and dealerships. This role requires five years of automotive experience, Master Technician Certification or equivalent, and one to three years of teaching experience. Candidates must be able to travel to dealerships within a designated area and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 5 Years automotive experience
- Master Technician Certification

- Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, and other customized software
