Job Summary
Coordinate shop drawings, manage material and equipment inventory, and perform estimating and quantity take-offs to support project completion. Monitor subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and manpower, schedule project updates, and prepare billings while reviewing invoices. Purchase necessary materials and execute additional assignments per supervisor direction. This entry-level role reports to the Superintendent with indirect reporting to the Project Manager. Verification of employment to work in the U.S. is required.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree required
- preferably in construction related field
- Ability to assume responsibility
- Ability to interface
