Job Summary
Oversee project controls and management for multiple disciplines, including quantity collection, scheduling, contract administration, and procurement. Represent the company in all client interactions, providing weekly and monthly reports while managing daily labor timesheets and average labor rates. Lead field operations by coordinating work groups, performing material takeoffs, and drafting technical documents to support construction activities. Supervise subcontractor operations and manage project recordkeeping, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Drive the planning process through master schedules and manpower curves, while administering job costs, WIP updates, and cashflow forecasts. Act as the primary company representative in the absence of the Project Manager, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and corporate standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related
- Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience as a Field Engineer or similar role
- INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations
- Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt

- Stamina to perform this task repetitively and continuously for several hour intervals
