Job Summary
Field Engineer provides construction-site engineering resources and expertise during the construction phase of the project, including interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews, planning field layout, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing RFPs for packages like precast, piles, and concrete. The role requires collaboration with construction managers and procurement, ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors, proficiency with MS Office, flexibility to work varied hours, and maintaining current driver’s license. Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent, or an alternative with 8+ years of construction field experience, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent field of study or a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of construction field related experience
