Job Summary
Participate in safety walks, document progress photos and reports, and record foremen meeting minutes. Assist the project manager and superintendent with RFIs, submittals, closeouts, and documentation while maintaining client information on the Client app. Attend pre-punch and punch list walks with architects, tour construction sites, and present an intern project alongside peers. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook to follow Graham core processes and enforce safety policies. Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners. Work nights and weekends as necessary within the Eastern Nebraska region from May to August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Ability to work within one of 3G Companies' operational areas as assigned
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Obtaining a bachelor's (preferred) or associate degree in construction management/related degree
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
