Job Summary
Participate in safety walks, document progress photos and reports, and maintain foremen meeting minutes. Review the six-week schedule, update client information on the Client app, and assist with RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and closeouts. Attend pre-punch and punch list walks with the architect, promote safety policies, and utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook. Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners while completing intern educational projects and presenting an intern project. Work nights and weekends as necessary across the Eastern Iowa region from May to August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Ability to work within one of Graham Construction, a 3G Company's operational areas as assigned
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Obtaining a bachelor's (preferred) or associate degree in construction management/related degree
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
