Job Summary
Participate in safety walks, document jobsite progress photos and reports, and record foremen meeting minutes. Assist the project manager and superintendent with RFIs, submittals, closeouts, and pre-punch activities while maintaining client updates via the Client app. Enforce safety policies, utilize Procore and Microsoft Projects, and attend job site tours and company-wide events. Create and present an intern project alongside peers and complete educational assignments such as estimating. Work nights and weekends as necessary across the Central Iowa region from May to August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass post-offer employment testing
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Ability to work within one of Graham Construction, a 3G Company's operational areas as assigned
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Obtaining a bachelor's (preferred) or associate degree in construction management/related degree
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
