Field Engineer Intern

Assist Field Engineers in onsite fault attendance and maintenance; support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and network services; perform basic health checks and verification during site visits; update job status, maintenance records, and daily activity reports; coordinate with TAC, controllers, and customers for appointment arrangements; ensure safety procedures are followed during field operations; support documentation and escalation processes.
