Job Summary
Evaluate field conditions, support quality assurance testing, and apply survey knowledge to confirm work conformance with plans. Review project drawings, coordinate design changes, and assist with document control for submittals and releases. Initiate engineering design clarifications, perform quantity tracking, and assist in updating project schedules. Respond to field inquiries, manage subcontractor operations, and verify contract payments while providing design assistance for temporary structures. Interns must be currently enrolled in an engineering or construction management program.
Required Qualifications
- currently enrolled in a(n) Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar program at an accredited technical college or university
- working knowledge of the entire project, including plan interpretation, project specifications, project cost code knowledge, and the overall construction schedule
- survey knowledge
