Job Summary
Field Engineer / Installation Team Lead leads a starting crew of two to three installers for Paragon HVAC installs, overseeing pre-mobilization planning, on-site decision-making, and adherence to install standards. The role blends field engineering and construction management, with startup, commissioning, and ongoing field support, and grows into a full construction-management seat as the program scales. Travel to jobsites is extensive and required, with duties including site drawing reviews, trade coordination, punch-list resolution, and coordination with accounts managers and customers from a Tampa, FL base. Requires independent problem-solving, a 4-year technical degree (preferred), 2–5 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; preferred experience in field teams, national accounts, and controls/BAS exposure.
