Job Summary
Mid-level Field Engineer II and Estimator supporting planning, estimating, execution of large power delivery projects; exposure to preconstruction and field operations, with potential rotations between office and project sites; develop skills in estimating, project controls, scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation; responsibilities include reviewing drawings/specifications, preparing cost estimates, bid packages, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and ensuring safety and quality on site; requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and willingness to relocate or travel to project sites; role supports career development towards Project Engineers, Superintendents, Construction Managers, and Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large construction, industrial, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or EPC projects
- Understanding of construction processes, project controls, estimating principles, and field operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
