Job Summary
Coordinate project information with engineers, managers, and superintendents while maintaining real-time contract documents, logs, and status reports for RFIs, submittals, and quotes in CMiC. Manage quality control activities, safety inspections, and site logistics including material orders and clean jobsite standards. Prepare cost reports, change management documents, and daily reports; contribute to bid package scope reviews and weekly trade contractor meetings. Enforce high safety standards and collaborate with the field team to ensure milestone dates are met. May assist with tasks typically assigned to junior positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 1-2 years of experience or internships with a construction organization
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction project
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Knowledge of Procore
- Good capabilities in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong technical and communication skills
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- First Aid, CPR Trained
- Construction-document and drawing literate
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
