Field Engineer II - Data Center

Job Summary
Coordinate project information with engineers and superintendents, ensuring contract documents and logs remain current in real time. Prepare status reports on RFIs and submittals, create PCIs in CMiC, and manage material equipment and submittal registers. Conduct quality control activities, enforce safety standards through weekly inspections, and manage general conditions and project logistics. Communicate with trade contractors and architects on field questions, contribute to daily reports, and participate in stretch and flex huddles. Assist with Time and Materials processes and pre-task plans while adapting to new structures and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 1-2 years of experience or internships with a construction organization
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction project
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Knowledge of Procore
- Good capabilities in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong technical and communication skills
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- First Aid, CPR Trained
- Construction-document and drawing literate
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
