Job Summary
Field Engineer II at Aristocrat responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for Engineering communications with customers, coordinating software installations and upgrades at client sites, configuring and implementing gaming systems projects (software, firmware, network, hardware), and delivering post-implementation support to ensure system stability and client satisfaction. Requires strong Windows and Linux server skills (virtualization, Kubernetes, containers), experience with relational databases and enterprise networking (VLANs, SAN), familiarity with casino/tribal gaming environments and regulatory requirements, and excellent written/oral communication. Travel up to 75% to support client sites. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination; 2+ years in a technical position; technical certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft, Cisco) desirable. Must be authorized to work in the posting location; Aristocrat does not sponsor work visas for this position.
