Job Summary
Meet daily with project crews to review production schedules and confirm materials, equipment, and resources are available. Collect, coordinate, and analyze shop drawings, design specifications, and project data to ensure quality and contract compliance. Provide technical input for work plans, identify production risks, and evaluate daily performance against budget and schedule projections. Review and approve timecards, manage cost coding with finance teams, and initiate inspections and certificates for construction production. Plan field layouts, mark utility lines, obtain necessary permits, and conduct Job Hazard Analyses to ensure a safe work environment. Coordinate subcontractor schedules and assist the estimating and design teams with technical input.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Expected graduation date of April 2026
- Construction engineering experience or knowledge
