Field Engineer I - Electrical Division

Job Summary
Develop and maintain as-built drawings while processing submittals, change orders, and RFIs. Ensure timely generation and distribution of meeting agendas, daily reports, and budget forecasts. Support project execution by assisting with risk management, environmental controls, and cost calculations for self-performed work. Oversee BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers, manage LEED certification documentation, and provide field lines and grades as required. Maintain accurate quantity logs and support superintendents in resolving field problems. Requires a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to wear personal protective equipment including steel-toed shoes and hardhats. Entry-level position with progression opportunities to Step II and Senior levels.

- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others

- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
