Job Summary
Conduct field survey work for layout and tracking using PC-based software and GPS equipment. Manage project-specific quality control records, coordinate audits and inspections, and assist with material inventory, receiving, and final job closeout documentation. Support subcontractor scheduling, RFI submittals, and as-builts creation while ensuring compliance with quality plans and site-specific procedures. Perform duties as assigned with extended hours and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must be capable of working on-site for 3 weeks with a four-day rotation
- Must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing
- Extended work hours and weekend work may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (construction management, civil engineering or equivalent) preferred
- Previous construction experience desired
- Strong blue print reading/interpretation skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft suites program
- Strong communication skills. Verbal and written
- Familiarity with GPS and Surveying Equipment
- Process driven with a strong attention to details
- Customer focused
- Preferred experience with some or all of this software: ProCore, E-builder, View Point, Build to Win
