Field Engineer / FDE

Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna's product, acting as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts. Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers toward scalable solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to improve implementation flows, documentation, and processes. This role requires comfort at the intersection of technology, product, and customers, with a focus on clear communication and systems thinking. The team is remote-first and values curiosity and authenticity.
