Job Summary
Field Engineer role on a nuclear-site expansion project focused on enabling works. Provides technical supervision to ensure installation conformance with drawings and specifications, coordinates with subcontractors, prepares daily progress reporting, supports safety and quality programs (RAMS, QA, inspections), and reviews design/documents for construction readiness. Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 8-10 years of experience; SC security clearance or ability to obtain clearance; part-time telework with at least three days in-person per week at Capenhurst/Warrington in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Nuclear or energy sector experience preferred
- Evidence of CDM training and implementation
- Experience of NEC form of Contract
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Stakeholder communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in site documentation, progress reporting, and use of digital tools
- SC security clearance or ability to obtain clearance
