Job Summary
EBI Consulting seeks a Field Engineer to join its Agency Due Diligence team, specializing in Capital Needs Assessments for multifamily real estate. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting or relevant technical fields
- Experience with time management and ability to develop plans for assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Direct prior experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or other affordable housing scopes of work
- Experience conducting property condition assessments (PCA, FCA, etc.)
- Familiarity with obtaining environmental site data for ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
