Job Summary
Conduct mock regulatory surveys, facility condition assessments, and infrastructure evaluations to support healthcare clients. Collect, validate, and organize asset data within client systems while documenting conditions through field observations, notes, and photographs. Assist with life safety documentation reviews, deficiency tracking, and the development of reports, findings summaries, and risk documentation. Establish positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders while communicating project information clearly and effectively. Manage multiple assignments independently, applying problem-solving skills to support evolving team priorities and operational readiness initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Healthcare Administration with 0–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with Smartsheet, CMMS platforms, or AutoCAD is a plus. This hybrid role involves up to 75% local and regional travel to healthcare client sites, with frequent overnight travel possible. Reports to the Senior Director – Regulatory & Facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience or internship experience
- Strong desire to learn healthcare facilities, regulatory readiness, and project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
