Job Summary
Conduct mock regulatory surveys, facility condition assessments, and infrastructure evaluations while collecting and validating asset data for client systems. Perform life safety documentation reviews, field verification, and deficiency tracking through notes, photographs, and reporting tools. Support development of reports, findings summaries, and risk documentation to ensure operational readiness across healthcare environments. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders to communicate project information clearly and maintain open lines of communication. Manage multiple assignments independently while applying problem-solving skills to identify and elevate field issues. Requires 0–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. This hybrid role involves up to 75% local and regional travel to healthcare client sites with overnight opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience or internship experience
- Strong desire to learn healthcare facilities, regulatory readiness, and project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
