Job Summary
Conduct site visits to perform energy audits, collect data, and execute engineering analysis for HVAC systems and building automation controls. Calculate energy savings to produce tangible deliverables supporting design projects for major medical campuses, universities, hospitals, and industrial firms in the greater New York area. Apply expertise in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer to optimize control systems and improve efficiency. Maintain strong organizational and communication skills while adhering to client contract requirements, including current Covid and Flu vaccinations.
Required Qualifications
- General understanding of HVAC systems, building management systems and other energy using systems and system interactions
- Ability to independently conduct site visits and perform energy audits, collect data, and perform engineering analysis and energy savings calculations to produce tangible deliverables
- Strong organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Current Covid and Flu Vaccination
