Job Summary
Provide installation, service, and preventative maintenance on access control and entrance systems (turnstiles, gates, etc.). Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical issues on-site and remotely. Support customers and partners with technical guidance and issue resolution. Assist sales team with technical input during new installations and upgrades. Maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on first-time fix and service quality. Complete service documentation and updates in ERP systems. Travel regionally (primarily Northeast) with occasional overnight stays.
