Job Summary
Coordinate with customers to schedule installation, service, and maintenance events for AgZen's RealCoverage system across US farms, primarily in the Midwest. Install equipment on customer machines while documenting the process using collaborative field software, then train sprayer operators on proper and safe usage. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting following safety guidelines, maintaining detailed field records throughout. Assist with field and in-lab experimentation to translate product portfolio improvements to on-field implementation. Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to communicate customer needs. This role requires 50%+ travel during peak growing months and involves working outdoors in heat and humidity.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in agronomy, crop sciences, mechanical engineering, environmental science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a related field
- Ability to understand and interact with agricultural equipment and technology
- Basic understanding of crop production, crop protection, and agriculture
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in heat and humidity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
