Job Summary

Perform timely preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and moderate complexity repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. Lead installations, validations, and service repair needs while owning customer issues from dispatch to resolution. Drive customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, serving as an escalation point, and leveraging relationships to support sales and revenue growth. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory compliance, ensuring daily documentation of all work and part ordering. Partner with the sales team to recommend value-added services that improve customer efficiency. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and availability for rotating on-call schedules including weekends. Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent military education with three years of experience servicing electronic equipment, specifically in CT modalities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education
  • 3 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
  • high school diploma/GED
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Technical capabilities in (CT) including troubleshooting, repair and installation
  • valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Web applications
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products
  • ability to be available after hours
  • ability to work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • ability to lift, carry push and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted
  • ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time
  • ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level
  • ability to flex/extend neck
  • good hand and finger dexterity
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • successful completion of a drug screen
