Job Summary
The Field Engineer 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution and optimization of hydraulic fracturing operations. The role requires technical support to the field team, ensuring safe and efficient operations through setup, monitoring, and execution of fracturing activities. Key responsibilities include analyzing real-time data, collaborating with field personnel, and maintaining fracturing equipment. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in data analysis software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
