Job Summary
Conduct testing, inspection, and site surveys for large fire alarm systems per NFPA and local code standards. Program and service various fire alarm models while troubleshooting system deficiencies. Perform pre-testing and final inspections, create redline drawings for as-built preparation, and develop PITCO activities. Prepare accurate service reports, quotations, and job-related documents including ROC and test forms. Execute battery, NAC panel, and system standby calculations to ensure compliance with all applicable codes. This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree, NICET Level I certification, and the ability to work at heights up to 60 feet. Candidates must possess the physical strength to lift 50 pounds and climb scaffolds or ladders.
