Job Summary
Drive field readiness by designing and delivering structured enablement programs across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager roles; own cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People and Operations; deliver in-person and virtual training and onboarding, align with Sales Readiness tools and content management; measure performance with KPIs and dashboards; 3–5 years in Enablement or related roles; skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse GTM audiences; comfortable operating across remote and in-office environments; experience with enablement platforms, Salesforce, and LMS.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
- Training delivery experience or aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training to Field teams
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and drive complex initiatives to completion
- Experience collaborating across remote and in-office environments
- Effective communicator and facilitator for diverse GTM audiences
- Experience with global stakeholder management, including Field leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools
